Arrived in San Francisco at 9 AM, hardly any queue. Alamo still tried to upsell insurance, but once I clarified that I had already bought it through Zuzuche, they didn't push further.

Overall, it was okay. The first time, they didn't agree to change the car when the oil change light was on. The second time, they replaced the car because the windshield was damaged. When we returned the car, we paid, but the system showed we used the car for an extra day. We are still negotiating.
