Renting a car is very convenient, especially suitable for self-driving tours.

I had my French classmate come with me to pick up the car. The location was a bit difficult to find as it was underground. Without my classmate's help, it would have been hard to locate.

Car pickup was convenient, the service was good, and the car rented was better than what I requested online. The car had low mileage and was almost new. However, the return location was hard to find, which caused a delay, and I was 40 minutes late returning the car, so I was charged an extra day. The procedures for picking up and returning the car were both convenient.

The service efficiency at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport location was a bit low. We had to switch to a bigger car which took two to three hours of back and forth. However, the service attitude was quite good overall, so it's not bad!

We were upgraded to a saloon car for free which made our trip so much better, we didn’t have far to drive, but the upgrade made it so much more comfortable.

Everything worked as it should.
