The waiting time in line was too long, and the service attitude was average!

1. The booked car was a Lynk & Co 01, but they provided a Tiguan diesel version instead—they actually don't have Lynk & Co cars at all.

2. Picking up the car 50 minutes earlier resulted in being charged for an entire extra day. The staff only asked if we wanted to pick it up early but didn’t mention the additional full-day charge!

3. The parking lot is quite far from the office and hard to locate. The pickup instructions posted by the office were inaccurate; we had to guess our way through and spent a long time finding it.
4. No proof or receipt is given when returning the car. Be sure to keep evidence like parking tickets, the parking location, and photos of the fuel level to avoid disputes later.
5. The return queue was long, and the actual return time is calculated based on when they receive the keys, which might lead to extra charges. Keep proof of when you arrived at the office.

We didn't get the specified model. We originally rented a small car, but were given a much larger car upon pickup. In Europe, large cars are a disaster as parking is hard to find anywhere. There were additional charges like the ecologic fee, which were not disclosed at the time of booking. We ended up paying dozens of extra euros. The pickup point was at quite a distance from the rental office, so we had to drag our luggage all the way there. Nobody mentioned that we could park in a nearby lot when returning the car, so we wasted a lot of time searching for parking spaces. The staff at the return point had a horrible attitude! The person wasn't at their desk when we arrived, made us wait for 10 minutes, then came back and was extremely impatient, didn't cooperate in explaining the fee breakdown, and kept complaining.

The address on the order no longer exists. We found the store by downloading the car rental company's mobile app. The store was very hard to find. We reached the location according to the street number and had to ask nearby shops to find it. It turns out the car rental office is accessible via an entrance to an underground passage from the roadside. There was only one person at the front desk, handling one customer took about 30 minutes. Therefore, we waited 30 minutes, processing took 30 minutes, and another 30 minutes to get familiar with the surroundings and find the exit, which was also hard to locate. Later, we left the underground parking lot in a rather awkward manner by asking people for directions, but none of this was the car rental company's fault. If you are familiar with the environment, it is convenient. Just be sure to allocate enough time.
