Great, it’s a reputable European company. Very reassuring!

There is a dedicated building for car rentals outside Nice Airport, with several rental companies having counters inside. Europecar seems to be the most popular in France as the queue was the longest. We waited almost an hour to get our car. The staff, however, were quite friendly. Overall, we were quite satisfied.

Surprisingly there was a long queue and the staff were doing their best but also were helping each other with issues so waiting times exceeded expectations. I assume though it was a one off thing. The car was parked horribly. There was no space to open the door not to mention the distance to the next parked car was maybe 20cm. I had to get in the car from the back seat and crawl to the driver seat ! I hope this won't happen again. I will yet try Europcar again.

We landed at NCE T1 and the pick-up was at T2. If I had known I would have possibly booked another rental to avoid the bus transfer (10mins) with my family and the large amount of luggage we had. Once at T2 there was no problems and the pick-up was smooth and easy. Staff were polite and efficient.

Easy booking process and competitive price.

Arrived earlier then booked pick up time , told me they didn’t have a car in My group (BS) ! Tried to up sell me Mercedes A class for extra 490 euro ! I went back at booked time to be given A damaged car, with filthy glass !! Never will I rent from euro car .
