It was alright. Initially got a white Nissan with around 30,000 miles on it. After a week, the undercarriage cover screws came loose, so I went to the dealership to exchange the car. They gave me a similar model but in dark gray. They processed the full insurance I had taken out, probably to avoid their staff being held accountable. I didn't pay anything extra, and they weren't responsible for any damage. They didn't upgrade my car, but maybe there were no luxury models available at the time. I didn't mind. Returned the car after five days without any issues.

Very good, professional, and efficient. Their sales tactics are so effective that you end up spending a lot without realizing it. Companies in our country should learn from them.

Terrible scammers. They charge you for toll usage up front and promise to refund if you do not use it. I did not use one toll, yet they have still not refunded me. I try to contact them, but only get template replies.

The car smelled of dog and the rear seats were badly stained. There was also a warning light on as the DRL weren't working. The woman at pick up claimed the car was not insured at all even though it clearly stated it was on the documents she printed out. The staff clearly treated customers who booked through the Hertz brand better than those who booked through Dollar.

The truck was brilliant. The staff were helpful and as I was very nervous about renting abroad for the first time they really helped me feel at ease. It wasn't the driving but the pick up and drop off that worried me and the staff made that really easy

I was worried about booking online with a third paty but it was very easy ad I would use the company again, it really helped to find the right vehicle at the right price
