The customer service kindly asked about the size of the luggage and then upgraded to a larger Nissan for free. Super considerate. The signs for picking up and returning the car were very clear, so I had no problems even as a woman!

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience
