일단 렌터카 들이 QEEQ에 대해서 모른다고하고 예약은 되어있으니 이용할 수 있다고했다. 그리고 계약 사항(선택한 보험)에 대해서 모르고 다른 보험을 강요하녀 40불을 더 지급할 수 밖에 없었다. 여행중 이 것에 대해서 물어볼 사람도 도움을 받을 곳도 없었다 다이아몬드 회원 신청을 취소 후 환불 받고싶다.
