It's okay, but they only stick to their job responsibilities and ignore unrelated issues. This does show they are professional and keep work and personal matters separate.

The staff were not very proactive during the pickup and exchange process. Additionally, when booking, there was no indication that this rental company does not allow inter-island travel, which caused significant inconvenience for our subsequent travel plans. We had to rent another car in Tenerife.

I booked a 7 seat vehicle as I wanted to be able to fit in 7 people. The car had 7 seats but could not possibly have say anyone in the third row. This was a bit disappointing.

Hertz overcharged for the car by a day so had to call customer services to get refund. Still waiting for this. Nobody to check and agree condition of vehicle on collection or drop off
