Large company with a wide range of vehicles and generally good vehicle condition. However, there was a long queue with about 1.5 hours of waiting time. They tried to promote insurance, but after explaining that we had already purchased full coverage, they stopped.

Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the rental store very late and there was no line. The car we got was the same model we booked, without any free upgrade. They tried to sell us insurance, but because QEEQ had reminded me via email beforehand, I insisted on not taking those extra insurances. One thing I didn't understand is why renting the Epass through the company costs $19 per day, while at other companies it was only $3-5 per day. Therefore, I didn't rent it, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the vehicle wasn't very new, and the trunk wouldn't close properly. Returning the car was simple and quick, overall it was satisfactory.
