It took a bit of time due to insurance issues when picking up the car, but overall it went smoothly. The daylight saving time change left a strong impression when returning the car. I arrived at the return location in the early morning, and the staff provided some guidance, which was nice.

A brief overview of the car would be helpful. I have an old car and had some problems using the ignition, radio and cruise control. The staff at pick up and drop off were friendly and helpful.

Like: The staff was awesome and friendly. They made it a easy relaxing experience.
Dislike: The 800 number could use better service
