Fantastic

The car was supposed to be an economy model, but they upgraded us to a Chrysler 300c for free. They added an additional driver without charging, didn't push insurance aggressively, and the return process was smooth. The only downside was a security deposit of 350 CAD.

Very good! The car was new and it was very convenient to find the store at the airport. The service was also good.

Excellent service of staff at the pick up office. Everything was explained and entire process went smooth. Helpful staff in garage. Car was new, clean and had many comfort features. Btw. Avis is very well known company almost all over the world.

Initially I was distrustful of QEEQ as this is not very popular booking agent in Europe. Especially I was booking car in Canada. However, evrything was fine, absolutelly no issue. Definitelly, I can recommend them.

I didn't get the car I booked for but the customer service rep was able to get me a jeep witch was great for me.

Like: We were pleased that we could pick the rental vehicle up in Medicine Hat and return it in Winnipeg. EasyRent was the only agency that allowed for this option. Not sure what we would have done otherwise.
Dislike: It was a fairly expensive rental; I imagine that we were penalized because we were dropping the car in Winnipeg. Also, we were about 20 minutes past the hour on our drop off and were charged an additional $30. That didn't seem quite fair. Otherwise, we were delighted with the arrangement and appreciated the fine service.
