Initially, they gave me a Ford, and I had to negotiate with them to switch to a Suburban. Honestly, it felt very unpleasant—seems like Asian staff target Asian customers.

Budget is quite dominant in Australia. This is my first time using Budget in the U.S. The main reason is the price advantage.
