Normally great, but unfortunately their shuttle driver was not available when I dropped off the vehicle, so I had to take a taxi to the airport

Great app! Can not say enough positive things about my experience. I definitely have been recommending you to friends and family!

The pick up took 2 hours and 10 phone calls. No one gave me a solution and left me waiting outside from 9pm to 11pm after landing . The office people kept apologizing but didn’t solve my issue. Then, the driver said “I never saw you “ and once we were at the counter no compensation was offered even after I asked to add the 2nd driver for free due to all the trouble cause.

Location was just a bit hidden but overall it was good. still waiting for the 500 cad deposit to clear.

Was a little sceptical of Routes Vancouver seeing as they weren't one of the main chains. However I found them extremely organised, the price was incredibly good value, the staff were friendly and the car was great. Would definitely use Routes again when I’m back in BC.

Good platform probably one of the best brokers.

Dislike: gas was not full tank to full tank.
