Overall, very satisfied. However, I recommend purchasing full insurance at the store. They can't check the online insurance to confirm whether we bought it or not, so they will still ask about it in-store. Buying full insurance directly in-store also puts them at ease when returning the car.

The printed form clearly stated not to add extra insurance, as I already purchased third-party full insurance. However, they still held our full insurance and theft insurance. After negotiation, they claimed to have canceled the operation, but the money has not yet been returned to my credit card.

Hertz wouldn’t rent to me. I contacted them ahead of time to see if they would accept my temporary license and they said they would. Upon arrival they told me they wouldn’t accept it and so they couldn’t rent to me. I ended up renting from a different company.
