Easy to find, not many people in line, but the rental point is a 5-minute walk from the actual pickup location.

The service was excellent. The pickup location was downtown, very convenient. The vehicle provided was very new, a CRV. They also reminded us to set the navigation to avoid toll roads.

The rental company's store is good, located on La Trobe Road in Melbourne, a relatively busy street for car rentals. Overall, the store isn't hard to find. The issue is the seating; there aren't enough seats and the queue is quite long. Having more chairs or a ticketing system would be helpful. Since it was Chinese New Year, there were many renters, mostly through QEEQ, and each customer took a long time to process due to language barriers, averaging at least 20 minutes, sometimes even 30. The company should train their staff better to improve efficiency.

The biggest advantage of East Coast is the low price, but the condition of the car is average. The car always veers to the right, maybe due to alignment issues or insufficient tire pressure (I have 5 years of driving experience). The store and the pickup point are on opposite sides of the street, in a parking lot on the 10th floor of another building. The door to the parking lot is hard to find, it's best to ask a local for directions, it took me at least 30 minutes. When returning the car, there was a mistake due to the staff (incorrect initial mileage record), so we had to go back to the store to correct it! The pickup point was staffed by some Indian guys, no office, and the car I got was dirty, the exterior was very dirty (uncommon in countries with good air quality). Small companies save money, so their service can't be expected to be good.
