Very satisfied. As soon as I arrived at the airport, I saw the shuttle car that took me to the rental company. They gave me a Great Wall car, which I think might have been an upgrade.

The car has been driven around 30,000 kilometers, but it still looks very new. The service was good and I am relatively satisfied. After returning the car, I was charged 21.45 yuan, but I don't know why. The rental company didn't explain this, which is not very good.

I was a little surprised and to be honest a little scared that I was left on a side road when I was picking up the car. If it had been explained to me beforehand that this process would happen because I was from Melbourne and could not enter NSW then it would of been ok. Dropping it off I knew the same process was to happen.
