Great car, was a smooth drive and very comfortable

The instructions were unclear, and it took half an hour to pick up and drop off the car.

Long time for pick up car to collect from terminal, car was not ready when we arrived. Staff were very helpful though! Dropping off was a breeze and driver to airport was amazing!

The car was pathetic and very old!! The ROUTES rental agency was over-booked and over-crowded and completely mis-managed. No person knows what he/she has to do and every person does every thing. People keep waiting and shouting but nothing happens. Very less staff to manage so many cars. If you are BC resident you have to deposit $1000 and God knows when they return it back and the credit card is on hold due to this, seriously ridiculous, unprofessional and unethical!!!

Shuttle was too small to accommodate all customers so we were left on the curb with a baby. That said, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was very good.

Fantastic service, 2nd time used and both outstanding experiences, with exceptional value rental cars.

Kia Soul is not an equivalent to Corolla.
