Do not go to this Budget. They mislead you. When picking up the car, they used an electronic contract that I didn't fully understand before clicking to the next page. In the end, I unknowingly bought several unnecessary insurances and other items. Even though I returned the car with a full tank of gas, they insisted it was short and charged a ridiculously high fuel fee! I will never go to this Budget again!

It took nearly an hour and half to pick up a prepaid car. Then there was no convertible I know some flights had been diverted from Dallas - but my car was pre booked and paid for so should have been waiting for me

You have to take in account that people who rent a car, don't know necessarily all types of cars, so the person who gives you the key to the car has to ask if you know the specifics of the car to rent. Finally a colleague came to help. When I brought back the car, everyone was helpful and nice. Thank them please.
