Initially, we were given a car that had been in an accident with faulty brakes and an engine that sounded like thunder. After negotiating with the rental company, they replaced it with another car. However, for my other booking, where I also rented a large car, I was informed there were no cars available and was given a smaller car instead. We couldn't fit our luggage, but luckily we had booked three cars and were able to adjust. Otherwise, we wouldn't have known how to continue the journey.
