The car was relatively old and had multiple scratches.

This company is shameless; they charged me $17 even though the tank was full when I returned the car. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture. They also charged me $35 for towing service they claimed I added when I rented. Ridiculous!

La voiture était cabossé . Personne ne m’en a averti. J ai du me débrouillé pour trouver quelqu un pour le signaler. ( pas facile car il n y a personne de budget là où on récupère la voiture). Au retour il ont vu qu’elle était cabossé et ont commencé a m’en faire le reproche. J ai montré le papier que j avais fait remplir pour montrer ma bonne foi. Si je n’avais rien dit au depart j’aurai eu des frais de réparation . C’est malhonnête de donner une voiture cabossée sans le signaler au préalable . Aussi bien ils font ça à tous leurs client pour récupèrer de l’argent. cela n’inspire pas confiance .

It was a great vehicle brand new only had 100 miles on it the sad thing is we were renting a vehicle to go to a beach house for a week when we pick the vehicle up I tell us how brand-new it is and that you can't have any pet hair or sand in the vehicle and if they find any you're going to have to pay $250 can you imagine my face if that moment when we're going on vacation to the beach and I'm taking my two little dogs with me I felt like I couldn't even do anything in this vehicle it really been the whole trip out not happy whatsoever:-(
