Procedures handled on the first basement level of the train station took about 5 minutes. Car pickup and exterior inspection on the seventh basement level also took about 5 minutes. The entire process was under 15 minutes, very convenient and efficient.

Service is considerate and humanized, taking the consumer's needs into account.

Lovely as always....love picking up the car from here because of the service and the ease of access...

J'ai attendu 10 minutes pour récupérer la voiture. Pas super rapide mais trop long non plus. Personnel poli, courtois. Le côté pas pratique, louer un véhicule qui n'a que le 3/4 du plein. Complexe pour le retour mais personnel assez sympathique pour ça.

The staff were pleasant but gave us no paperwork nor instructions to get back to the French drop off location. We went round in circles for ages. Eventually, we found the Alamo desk on the Swiss side but they did not really help. Again we went in circles. The car itself was good but the return experience was very stressful and spoilt our return journey
