For Terminal 2E/F: When you arrive from Terminal 2E/F/G or by TGV, please follow the signs to find Terminal 2E/F until rental area "location de voitures". The counter is situated outside the terminal building. For Terminal 1, exit your flight via the baggage reclaim and you will find our counter to the right. We arrived at the rental station after a late flight with the family and young kids. There was only one staff member and 2 other customers joined the line with us. But the guy was chatting up the two female friends that had come to visit him at work for over 20 minutes whilst ignoring us and other customers. Eventually a colleague arrived and was able to serve the customers. When it was our turn they tried to give us a 5 seater despite us booking a 7 seater as there was 6 of us. The guy had given a free upgrade to a group of 4 girls in front of us and given away the last 7 seater. So they had to then arrange to get one delivered from a different depot. The lady serving was helpful but the whole process was slow and unacceptable given that it was late and pretty quiet.

I got my car too late, uncleaned and with plenty off damages. When I complained I was told that I was too late and that my car was given to other customers. When I called to extend my stay, I was promised a call back which I never got. So far I’m still missing my security payment of 250 Euros which I’m afraid they will try to keep as the car purportedly had new damages upon return and a missing luggage cover. By far one of my worst rental experiences and I travel a lot! Please fix this and make sure I get my deposit back.

Picked up the car from CDG airport without problem. Tested fine except noisy wheel and braking. 1 hour into the journey, problem of the braking system got worse. Called the technical support and offered 2 options: car tow without replacement or drive back to the airport for a swap. We chose to drive back with slowly to the airport to avoid accident. Countered already closed after midnight. Rented hotel room at the airport at our own cost and got the car replaced the next day. The staffs said the car was checked and certified before handed over to us and will do another round of testing and will give us the report.

Rented the car at CDG Airport T2 and returned it at T1. I booked a station wagon but received a Citroën C4 instead. It accommodated four people, three 22-inch suitcases, one 20-inch suitcase, and some soft bags, with no room to spare. The trunk seemed smaller compared to the Opel station wagon I rented before, which could fit four 20-inch suitcases and one 22-inch suitcase. The Citroën C4 had a 1.6T turbo engine, was fuel-efficient and performed well. The car came with GPS and was almost new with less than 4,000 kilometers on it. At return, the customer service agent thoroughly inspected the car with a flashlight, which was the first time I encountered such diligence in my years of self-driving. The contract stated to return the car with a full tank, but I got it with three-quarters of a tank. When returning, I filled the tank and drove another 40 kilometers, essentially returning it full. It is important to take pictures and clearly communicate with the staff during pick-up and drop-off to avoid any misunderstandings about the fuel level.

Great, very enthusiastic. We arrived early in the morning by plane, and there were very few rental companies open at that time, so other customers from different rental companies came here to ask questions. They answered enthusiastically. There are three companies sharing one counter in a small workspace, but they are all friendly and helpful. Props! The workspace seems to belong to Enterprise! The people at Alamo were also very friendly, but I never received a contract. Not sure if it was because they didn't have my email in the system or if the staff weren't familiar with the system. The staff used a Pad to operate and said I would receive an email later, but I didn't! When returning the car, there was a small scratch, and they charged me 1000 euros. Still said I needed to wait for an email, but I didn't dare to, so I waited there until another person helped me. I think it was someone from Enterprise who finally gave me a paper receipt.

The service attitude of the car rental company was quite good, and QEEQ customer service intervened very promptly. Initially, we went to Terminal 1 to find the car rental company, but we were informed by the staff that all car rental companies at Terminal 1 were closed. However, the pickup address on the slip was not updated to Terminal 2, which wasted nearly an hour. Fortunately, the subsequent pickup process was smooth. We booked a Citroen C3, but the store upgraded us for free to a Peugeot 2008 SUV with less than 30k mileage.

Initially, I received the reserved Peugeot 508, which was brand new with less than 1000 kilometers. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down after a day. Luckily, I was in Paris, so I went to the airport to exchange the car and was given a Ford KUGA hybrid with 8000 kilometers. It had more space and was fuel-efficient. When picking up the car, they only asked about insurance and explained how to claim it with the insurance I bought from QEEQ. There was no further upselling, and the service attitude was excellent.
