Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

The reception area is set up like a hotel front desk with 2-3 staff members, mostly of Indian nationality, including those inspecting the cars. Overall, communication was smooth.

Gas tank wasn't full ... difficult to manage how much you need to fill before returning the vehicle. No enough staff ... have to wait for a long time. Parking lot is small and tight ... have challenges to drive in and out.

The upgrade was fantastic and appreciated! The check in process was a little lengthy due to the business and what looked to be a new location and set up. We’ve rented via Routes many times and will continue to do so.
