The experience was terrible. The Indian guy insisted on buying insurance, claiming that the insurance from the rental platform was inadequate. When I refused, his attitude became extremely rude. It was so bad that I canceled all my remaining bookings with this company and switched to a larger company, even though it cost more.

The company checked the fuel level without being too strict, and didn't mind that the car wasn't washed, as it's hard to find a car wash in winter.

On line the hours were 7:00 am opening however the shop did not open until 7:30, so we had to wait half hour until we were able to pick up the car. Otherwise everything was great! Quick service, clean car. We will book again. hank you

Good as usual, they gave me a brand new car.
