The car we got (Jeep) was much larger than the car we chose (Toyota). Although the size of the vehicle was not an issue for me, it did mean higher fuel costs. I'm not sure a vehicle the size I ordered was available. This could be an issue for others. There was no user manual in the car - we couldn't turn the internal lights off for a number of days until someone told us how. Even google couldn't help us (suggested taking the fuse out). However, the service from Routes was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

The car was great. I got a Jeep Wrangler Sahara instead of the intermediate size car I requested. It was more expensive on gas but was very comfortable. The main issue I had with them is that I had to call my insurance to confirm that I was covered for rental cars even though I provided a copy of my pink insurance card.

Great place to book a car rental at a good price. The price protector saved me another few dollars on an already great price.

Staff gave me hussle about the mileage even though it's within the 3500 km allotted by my reservation at EasyRentCars. Staff claimed mileage is 1400 km only and wanted to charge for all extra kms.

At pickup I was asked if I had rental insurance and there has been no other car rental company that has ever requested this additional information. I had to call in to my insurance company as I did not have the right paperwork to prove this to the Customer Service Rep. She stated that this requested is on the website but I still have yet to find it and she wasn't able to direct me to that particular request.
