Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

During the handover, the inspection was strict, and I haven't got my deposit back yet!

I picked up the car past 10 PM. Fortunately, I checked the car thoroughly and noticed damages that were not in the report. When I reported it to the staff, they just told me to take pictures and did not follow up. I trusted them, but when I returned the car, they tried to charge me for the damages. I showed them the photos and sent an email, but they still wanted me to pay for the repairs. This is unreasonable.

I clearly rented an automatic car, but was told there were none available. I had to pay significantly more to rent an automatic car, which felt very unfair.

Hertz has always provided an upgraded car which is why my 1st preference is always Hertz while renting a car.
