There was an unreasonable charge. I picked up an electric car on the 13th but was billed for charging costs on the 12th. Additionally, when returning the car, they required it to be fully charged and added extra fees.

I had time ago a bad experience with Drivalia, they gave me a car with a very old tyre, broken in the internal face, that was irreparable, and I was never reimbursed for the cost of a new tyre (used) that I had to buy. I gave them another chance, cannot complaint about the car, new, but the staff at the check in was apathetic, slow.

The location didn't match the actual address, spent over an hour searching the area. Called the staff, and they just said they were near the train station, then no further assistance was provided.

The car had scratches all over. We provided photos taken at the time of pickup to prove that the damage was already there. We reported it to the rental company on site, and their staff agreed, but they still came to charge us for the damages.
