“Excellent price but service at the counter was very poor in checking out and in returning the vehic”

Routes did not have the vehicle I ordered. I was forced to take a smaller vehicle than my needs required. I got a very inexperienced counter person who was receiving no help from the other staff. It took a lot longer than It should have. Parking lot was very packed with cars. No room in the lot.
