This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

“Reasonable rental cost at the expense of a bit of inconvenience picking up the car”

This is an off-site location on Mannheim Road south of ORD. The pick-up involves taking the airport shuttle to the rental car center, then calling Routes for a pick-up. (Two shuttles altogether on pick-up.) Getting back to the airport after returning the car was easier, though: The Routes shuttle dropped returning passengers directly at their terminals rather than at the rental car center -- a nice touch.

It was easy to pick up the car. Car was brand new. No schemes nor the staff tried to sell anything else from what I've reserved. I wen full insured with easyrentcars and had no issues at all.
