Cheap for a reason - takes 2 hours to get there

The staff were friendly and quick. It’s a 20 minute ride from the airport to get to the pick up. The car we had was damaged on the front bumper, the interior of the car was immaculate

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

Either their phones were malfunctioning or staff weren't answering, but I waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Not a good start. Once at their site, things were ok. Car fine. Staff maybe assumed I knew the "ropes" more than I did. I had to ask questions. It all worked. Price was amazing.

No problems booking. I was a bit confused how Easyrentcars and the actual rental company were connected.

THE STAFF LACKED TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS OF AUTO RENTAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY HATED THEIR JOBS AND CUSTOMERS.

It was easy to pick up the car. Car was brand new. No schemes nor the staff tried to sell anything else from what I've reserved. I wen full insured with easyrentcars and had no issues at all.
