Could have been better....

The rental company staff were very nice.

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

The mileage and gas usage of the car was awesome. It was not what I expected but definitely a perk. The person who originally helped me did a good job. The person who helped me upon return was unprofessional and sort of rude.

I didn't have a price drop but this was the most affordable car that I could have found. The location of the lot was easy to find and easy to get to. I appreciate the relationship between Routes and easyrentcars.com. I've already referred two people who have used the site.

I knew pretty much what I would get and that is what we got. The price was over $200 cheaper than any other company. I knew it was off site and I knew I would need proof of insurance so picking up the vehicle went smoothly. The car was not very clean and was a very base model. The lady at pick up was kind of rude. They said we had to return the car vacuumed out, which I wasn't told at the beginning, but the manager waived that so it all worked out fine in the end. I would use them again for the amount we saved since that was our top priority.

I had a great experience with Easyrentcars.com. Everything went as expected

They upgraded our car to a Jeep Wrangler. It was great!
