“Great car at a great price. Customer service can improve with certain workers.”

Car was great, shuttle driver to routes was pleasant. Getting the car was busy but guy helping us was great. Returning the car was busy, and lady at the counter was very rude to everyone. Lacked customer service skills.

Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.

Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago
