This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

Car safety like collision sensor needs servicing as indicated in the dashboard otherwise its excellent experience and driving performance.

Staff are easy to deal with.

Like: The value for the price was excellent
Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago

Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price.
Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
