I'll be back again!

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

Car pick up was problematic: Firstly, it wasn't at the airport with the other car rental companies which meant it took much longer to get on the road. Secondly, the person dealing with the booking had no idea about my booking, despite me giving the reservation copy to her which she said she didn't need...a booking which I had made 5 months earlier, and she tried to give me a Jeep when I had booked a Nissan Rogue or equivalent. I refused the Jeep and then her colleague said, "Oh we just had a Rogue come in"...magically. This person was also quite rude. Additionally, the car tires were low and within an hour the warning light came on. This is unacceptable since you have to pay for air refills in the States. However, the person handling the return was excellent and efficient and friendly.

Great price! Car was not as clean as it should have been on the inside and was released to me on pick up with 1/4 tank of fuel. Easy to dismiss this as price was great.

This location seems totally unprofessional and unorganized. There are cars everywhere. It also is an airport parking location for paid customers. Be prepared to spend some time here and also unlike the other major car rentals, this drop off requires you to stand in the line again to return a vehicle.
