This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

Routes is rather remote from the airport, apart from the rental center where other vendors are. They are a bare bones operation and the first rental company I've encountered that required my insurance policy number in order to rent the car. Service at the counter was incredibly substandard compared to competitors. Fortunately, the car was in ok condition and I didn't run into any problems.

The shuttle told awhile for pick up. And it took a while to pick up my rental car due to low staff

no. it's an old broken down vehicle that was dirty and full of snow that took forever to get and forever to return. Sucked!

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.
