Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

The shuttle pick-up location is slightly different from what is stated in the print out. They print out says 'Door 3' when it should be 'Station/Pillar 3'. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Either their phones were malfunctioning or staff weren't answering, but I waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Not a good start. Once at their site, things were ok. Car fine. Staff maybe assumed I knew the "ropes" more than I did. I had to ask questions. It all worked. Price was amazing.

No problems booking. I was a bit confused how Easyrentcars and the actual rental company were connected.

Car was great, shuttle driver to routes was pleasant. Getting the car was busy but guy helping us was great. Returning the car was busy, and lady at the counter was very rude to everyone. Lacked customer service skills.

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.
