Yes the car was great and the rental staff were helpful

Probably because it was late, there was no shuttle bus from the airport to the pickup point, which wasn't close by. We had to spend 25 euros on a taxi. The service lady kept pushing insurance on us, even though we told her we had full coverage. This wasted 30 minutes of our time.

Quick pick up and drop off. Counter was easy to find in the airport.

Booking process was easy and afterwards I requested an invoice via email, which was send pretty quick.

Golcar is the usual pain in the arse. They didn't give me the car I booked claiming that the car wasn't available and they charged me an extra 100 euro for a bigger car which I didn't want but I had no choice.

Dislike: Unfortunately the insurance is the most expensive as we opted for a full comprehensive cover.
