At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

The car was received with a lot of scratch marks and the personel in attendance didn't seem to care. Took photos myself for future reference. On my way to the hotel after a 26 hour trip I realized that the car were only half full. Again took photos for my reference. Received an additional bill of $141,67 after my trip which are unexplained and cannot be for gas alone. Await reply. Very average experience and will think twice before using Alamo again.
