We arrived at 4:30 PM and got the car close to 7 PM, which was quite exaggerated. Additionally, the pickup process was a bit chaotic as the car model differed from the order, and it wasn't clear if the car was in the same class. The external staff were few and couldn't provide a clear explanation. The car condition was just average; you have to pick one yourself. The return process was efficient. We arrived early, afraid of delays, but the return process was very fast.

Overall, the car rental experience was very satisfactory. The price was affordable, and the car we rented was almost new with only around 1200 miles on it. There was a gas station nearby the store, and the pick-up and drop-off procedures were smooth. We purchased the most comprehensive insurance on QEEQ, and at the store, we only bought an additional $4.99 Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP), which is optional. After returning the car, we conveniently took the Alamo shuttle to the airport.
