Staff at pickup counter are very helpful. But the reverse sensor of the car is malfunction.

The environment was clean, and the staff was polite. After returning the car, they even helped us get to the airport. The vehicle was quite clean and tidy, and they assisted in recording the damaged parts of the car. They informed us of the basic precautions. Very responsible.

The time taken to pick up the car was a hassle. Too many forms need to be filled and submitted.

I booked a Yaris, was given a Jazz but no complaints. It was a basic car. Would be nice if it comes with at least a reverse sensor. If you fly in via the international terminal at Phuket airport, Budget’s counter is at the domestic terminal which is just a short walk away.

Best price i managed to find after searching via various portals but didnt get any better pricing with the price drop protector but i think it is a cool feature.
