Very helpful staff. My car had damage on pick up not on the condition form. I videoed the car and showed them on return and no problem.

Very impressed with QEED. I asked a question about late pick up at velencia airport and received a prompt response with my question answered both by email and a phone call.

Pick up location was incorrect so spent an hour walking round trying to find where i should be! Helpline number was in Singapore and when connected i was unable to get through to anyone.. Made to pay extra at the counter even though the booking confirmation clearly said nothing more to pay

Id like to have my refund because I didn’t take the car, The receptionist came up with lots of fees and also he ask me for £1.000 for deposit, but online the info was totally different ($300 to $500). I paid for extra insurance and he was asking again for more payments!

Forced to pay 150 in insurance even though I had already taken out the fully comp option, paid for a smart car which wasn’t available, waited 35 minutes as only one person working who was very rude ! Forced to pay extra or not have the car at all !! BEWARE

The reason for choosing this provider was that it stated pick up was within the Terminal. This wasn't the case. A shuttle bus to the rental location was involved. I wanted to avoid a shuttle bus due to having a small child and lots of luggage.
