“One person working, counter is no longer in the terminal. Was forced to pay 150 for insurance !!”

Forced to pay 150 in insurance even though I had already taken out the fully comp option, paid for a smart car which wasn’t available, waited 35 minutes as only one person working who was very rude ! Forced to pay extra or not have the car at all !! BEWARE
