Very satisfied!

The pickup store exhibited serious racial discrimination. My card couldn't process the deposit via the POS machine, requiring manual entry, which would only take a minute. Instead, they forced me to let a bunch of people behind me go first, making me wait for half an hour to get the car. I also saw the staff telling another Chinese person using a Chinese driver's license and translation that it would take more time to fill out the forms and asked him to let others handle their business first. If the rental company considers Chinese customers as second-class and doesn't want to treat them equally, prioritizing locals, they might as well not accept Chinese customers at all.

The process was very fast.

The store manager KIM is very warm and friendly, but the rental store is generally unattended outside of flight times, so be sure to contact them in advance.

Highly recommend Avis! I've always used Hertz, but this time Avis provided a great experience too!
