The service was very good. They suggested buying a full tank of fuel at a low price. I said it wasn't necessary, and they didn't push further. When choosing a car, they directly told me that any SUV in that row was available. I've never driven a GMC before, so I picked it. The car was nice, but the handbrake location was a bit hidden, and it took me a while to find it.

Alamo's service was unexpectedly good. They offer self-service car pickup, although I used the counter. Self-service is probably very convenient during busy times. The car was in good condition, and you can choose your model within the same category, which is a nice touch. Maybe because I bought full insurance on QEEQ, there were no extra sales pitches like before.

This is a great car rental company. I'll keep using Alamo on my next trip to the US this year. (^_^)

Like: Quick service, no much of bureaucracy, kiosk check in save time in lines, staff on pick-up very friendly. Free upgrade for a Toyota Rav4 because they didn't have a Toyota Camry.
Dislike: We reserved a Toyota Camry to be more conscient of fuel usage and our car was not available at the day. So we have to use a category above with more fuel consumption.
