It feels like even though I paid in full, I had to pay an additional $156, effectively doubling the rental cost. When returning the car, I raised my concerns with the staff, and they only waived $50. So, Zuzuche, please give me an explanation. I called today, but nobody answered, constantly directed to automated services. Please give me a response.
