Our language skills are not very good, but the gentleman handling the car rental was very patient. If we didn’t understand something, he would explain it in a different way. We had 3 large suitcases and initially rented a Q3. He pointed out that the suitcases might not fit, so we switched to a Q5, and everything worked perfectly.

Very satisfied, the car was in excellent condition. The rental process at the front desk was very quick and convenient. Returning the car was also very fast and easy, even at night.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.
