They ended up providing a Nissan X-Trail instead of the Grand Cherokee, which was a lower category vehicle. The website didn't inform us about this in advance. Overall, the rental process was smooth and the car was pretty new, so I gave three stars.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
