Very good and easy

Some staff at the rental company had an average attitude, while others were okay. The car's condition was average. At first, they upgraded us to a larger vehicle, which we thought was a nice bonus, but it turned out the larger car was hard to drive and had frequent issues. The parking sensor in 'P' mode was broken, making it hard to park properly at one point. We reluctantly drove over two hours to exchange the car. During the exchange, we spent a long time negotiating back and forth, and the replacement car immediately showed an engine oil replacement warning. We had to spend another half a day dealing with that, which was very exhausting.

The pickup store was subpar, while the drop-off store was normal.

Hardly any waiting in line. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately we did have to wait over an hour to pick up car, but it was clear there were staff shortage issues & they did the best they could.

I got a much better deal with qeeq.com than anywhere else and the process was easy. Plus I was able to get my interntational drivers license for one year free in 15mins which was very helpful!
