The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff were very enthusiastic when I picked up the car. They recommended upgrading the model for an additional fee. I wasn't very familiar with the specific model. Before returning, the car window was smashed. I reported it to the police, got a receipt, and handed it over to the return company, which handled it quickly. It was smoother than I expected!

The car was in reasonable good condition. Service at the counter was good and quick. During the rental period we had a flat tire (we managed to install the spare) and exchanged the vehicle with no problems. Thank you for the good service!

Good booking platform, easy to use. Price drop feature is not really very effective. We booked well in advance of our trip but there was not a change in price.
