The rental company's attitude was acceptable.

The Main problem was at the Airport. The Interrent pick up was advertised as being on site and Interrent supposedly shared an office with Europ car. In fact Interrent do not share with Europ car, and the pick up location is off site and has to be reached by a shuttle bus, which I specifically didn't want to do. The car hire aspect once at the office was pretty good & the car was fine and quite new. Drop off was very effecient.

The vehicle was sold as in terminal which it isn’t. The process was horrendous/ the service desk was utterly shocking. I will never use again.

Difficult to find a car in carpark.

Like: Receptionist was fabulous, arriving a little later than expected she was understanding and with no hassle proceeded with our booking.
Dislike: The obnoxious young man on return of the vehicle, abrupt no manners and obviously unable to cope under pressure !
