The rental service staff at Baltimore Airport were very friendly. Instead of the Nissan Altima we initially booked, we were given a brand new 2014 Camry, which made us very happy. The return process was also very smooth with no issues. The entire driving experience was excellent.

Waited for 1 1/2 hour for car. There was a whole lot of people waiting, some for over 2 hours. They said there weren't enough people to clean the cars. Then Dollar closed and we went up another floor and waited outside in 80 some degree humid weather. after traveling over 12 hours, 2 legs from England at 9 pm,

The check-in line was about 8 deep. There were 5 agents, so it took about 25 minutes. Agent was not personable. A/C barely functioned. Return agent comped me $50 for inconvenience. Pleasantly resolved in seconds. Great customer service. Very satisfied.
